Buist Fanning is Department Chair and Professor of New Testament Studies at Dallas Theological Seminary. He has written numerous books on New Testament exegesis and Greek, including The Warning Passages of Hebrews: Four Perspectives (Kregel, 2006), Interpreting the New Testament Text (Crossway, 2006), New Dictionary of Biblical Theology: Exploring the Unity and Diversity of Scripture (IVP, 2000), A Biblical Theology of the New Testament (Moody, 1994), Biblical Greek Language and Linguistics (JSOT, 1993), and Verbal Aspect in New Testament Greek (Oxford, 1991).
