Eugene Carpenter is Professor of Old Testament, Hebrew, and Biblical Theology at Bethel College. He has written commentaries on Daniel and Exodus, and wrote the volume on Deuteronomy in the New Illustrated Bible Background Commentary. He has written translations of Exodus and Numbers. Carpenter has served as a pastor and teacher in a variety of church and ministry settings.
